Welcome to Honeycomb Shores! Our shipping and returns policy is designed to provide you with the best skincare experience. We strive to ensure that your orders are carefully packaged and delivered to you in a timely manner. If you have any questions about our shipping process, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

Shipping Policy

At Honeycomb Shores, we ship all orders within 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday, using USPS or UPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and we offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. At this time, we only ship within the U.S.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the small-batch, personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can offer a solution. For other issues, please reach out within 7 days of delivery—we care deeply about your experience and are happy to help.
