FAQ
Your questions, answered with care.
-
What makes Honeycomb Shores different from other skincare brands? We take a holistic approach to skincare - focusing on clean, non-toxic ingredients that work in harmony with your body. Every product is handcrafted in small batches, using thoughtfully sourced, skin-loving botanicals, oils, etc. that nourish deeply and naturally.
-
Are your products really natural and non-toxic?Yes. We’d never use synthetic fragrances, parabens, phthalates, or harsh preservatives. Our ingredients are as close to nature as possible - chosen for their purity and effectiveness, especially for sensitive skin.
-
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?Absolutely. Our products are designed with sensitive, reactive, and acne-prone skin in mind. That said, always check the ingredient list and do a patch test if you have known allergies or sensitivities.
-
How long do your products last?Because we use natural ingredients without harsh preservatives, we recommend using most products within 4-6 months. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to extend shelf life.
-
Can I use your products with my current skincare routine?Yes - our products are designed to be simple, nourishing additions to your routine. You can layer them with other products or use them as a minimalist routine on their own.
-
How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title? You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
-
Where do you ship?We currently ship within the U.S. via our online store. If you are local to Brevard County, Florida, we also offer market pick-up.
-
When will my order ship?Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Since everything is small-batch and handcrafted, a little extra time helps us make sure every package is perfect.
-
What’s your return policy?Due to the handmade and personal nature of skincare, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if something isn’t right with your order, please reach out - we’re committed to making it right.
